The core team is made up of communication specialists with a combined experience spanning over 30 years in consumer, business / trade and marketing communication. This team is supplemented on a project basis to ensure clients receive the right expert in any field where and when they need it without unnecessary fees.
Clients get expert counsel and program delivery from senior practitioners across disciplines. This means clients only pay for the talent they need for each project.

Steve has over 25 years experience in communications, working in a variety of disciplines and industries before starting Reservoir in 2004.
A consumer brand PR specialist, he has developed ongoing and tactical campaigns across finance, F&B, technology, automotive, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and healthcare. Musica Viva Australia, Quay Connection Issues Management, Bell Shakespeare Company, Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games, Star City and Hill & Knowlton have all benefited from his experience and skills.
He has provided counsel to public and private organisations, including some of Australia’s leading companies and brands; Weight Watchers Australasia, Woolworths, Philips, Jaguar Australia, UBS Warburg, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific, Heinz, Mattel, Krispy Kreme, Commonwealth Bank, Nestle, Canon, Mitsubishi, Telstra, AstraZeneca, Australian Institute of Sport as well as government work at both State and Federal level. Steve’s expertise covers a wide range of communications disciplines; brand strategy, consumer marcomms, publicity, sponsorship, cause related marketing, fundraising and social issues management.
Di has over 13 years experience in communications, working in both the public and private sector. Her experience covers a variety of disciplines including consumer marcomms, government relations, crisis and issues management, stakeholder engagement, internal communications and community relations.
She has worked across infrastructure, construction, automotive, technology and FMCG, providing advice and managing strategies for organisations such as Transport for NSW, Department of Family and Community Services, Commonwealth Bank, Caltex, Jaguar, HSBC, Canon, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts and Nestle.
Before joining the team at Reservoir Network, Di worked on some of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure projects where she was responsible for managing the stakeholder engagement and communication activities for projects such as the Epping to Chatswood Rail Line, the North West Rail Link and the Inner West Light Rail.
